Added NEBS #DLT103 for payroll to TimeTrex

My files, and instructions on how to "install" the modifications I made for printing payroll checks to NEBS #DLT103 style checks. These are the 1 check per page, with two stubs style that we used with QuickBooks. This is for TimeTrex 2.2.16
Because we had a big box of checks already, and I'm trying to switch from QuickBooks to TimeTrex, I needed to customize the payroll checks format to the ones we have. Currently, TimeTrex only comes with a couple of check printing formats.
(I have provided these to the TimeTrex team. Hopefully they will add it to future releases.)
All you should need to do, is unzip the files and upload them to your current setup. I'd suggest you backup your current system prior to uploading these, just in case. Also, this has only been tested on TimeTrex version 2.2.16.
